    A few years ago before a General Election a meeting was held in Castlecomer. One of the candidates was speaking. A voice from the crowd said, "where were you in 1912"? "And where were you"? replied the speaker. "I was below in the lane with Jim Morrissey," answered the interrupter. "Go home, you fool," said the speaker.
