  1. Folklore
    A well known novelist had a brother who was a well known figure in this district in our young days. He always rode a very small white pony and as he wore a soft white hat rather side ways we nick-named him "Napoleon". He used to ride the pony in and out through all the houses, and as he had a cork leg he seldom got off the animal's back. He was a welcome guest to the village inn near this district and all the farmers made a gay evening of it when he came with songs and stories. He used to stay the night with one of his friends. One night he said to the master of the to remain a while in the kitchen and he would see some fun. There were
