    is John Maher of Booleshall, Freshford. He also won honours in dancing. There are also some singers in this district. One is William O'Shea of the Square, Freshford and another is Denis Dowling who resides in Kilkenny St. Freshford.
    The best mower in this district was Thomas Kennedy, Kilkenny St., Freshford. He was able to mow three acres of corn in one day.
