Long ago when the people wanted to reap the corn...

Long ago when the people wanted to reap the corn they used to join a cradle to a scythe. When the cradle was full of corn they used to bind it and then make another one. When they used want to thresh it they used to hit it against a stone. When it was dry they used to take it out on a windy day to winnow it. They used to grind the corn between two stones
