Once upon a time there was a man and a woman living together. One morning the table-cloth was cut and the man said it was a knife that cut it and the woman said it was a scissors that cut it. They were fighting for a long time but the woman would never say it was a knife that cut it. The man put the woman's head in the river, but yet she would not say it. She was not able to talk and so she made signs with her fingers like a scissors.
