  1. Long ago when Christmas would come some parents would make toys for their children.
    First they would get a spool which there was thread on, and they would cut it in two halves and it would make two tops, and then they would pare each one of them round and then they would get a short bit of a stick and they would put it thro the hole in the top, and the children would enjoy themselves with this top.
    The children long ago made slings for themselves to fire stones with and the children nowadays make them also. First you get a piece of leather adn you put a
