  1. We have a churn at home. We churn once a week in the Winter - time and twice or three times a week in Summer - time. The churn we have at home is a dash churn. It is about three and a half feet high, and it is about two feet wide at the bottom and about two and a half feet wide at the top.
    My Mother and my sister churn. The dash goes up and down while it is been done. There is a mark on the top of the churn and you have to slope the lid of the churn towards the mark. It takes one
