    The fool said "I will take this with me to shelter me for the night." When the night came the two went up on a large tree the fool taking his door with him and placing it over him for the night. About the middle of the night they heard a noise coming towards the tree and looking down they saw two horse men underneath. The fool said "I think I will let the door fall down on them". The clever boy said "Do not or if you do we will be all killed. I suppose you havent enough done now." "I will" said he fool "I cannot hold it any longer" Bang went the door down though the tree and away went the horse men frightened. The fool said I think "I will go down they left something after them". And down he went, he found at the bottom of the tree two bags of gold. He called the other brother then and the two went home taking with them their two bags of gold. They paid the farmer for his cattle.
    And after all the fool was smarter than the clever boy.
