    Celery tea or Nettle water. Some of the old people used to lie on a bed of Nettles to cure their Rheumatism.
    5. In times gone by all sprains and broken limbs were set by a bonesetter as doctors were very scarce. Bonesetting was practised in certain families and the art handed down from father to son. When the local cures failed the Irish people visited blessed wells or shrines and this practice is continued to the present day.
