Jimmy Cogan is living i Molloys at present as his house was burned a year ago. His wife died a long time ago and his daughter died in 1936.
The reason my townland is called Mullaghroe is because of Mulligans Red Hill. The Irish for Mullaghroe is Mullac-Ruadh which means red hill.
