    Oats and Beans
    Let each child catch hands and make a ring, and one person stands in the middle. Then all the children run round and sing
    Oats and Beans and Barley grow,
    Do you or I or anyone know
    How oats and Beans and Barley grow.
    First the farmer sows his seed
    Then he stands and takes his ease.
    Stamps his feet and claps his hands
    And turns round to view the land.
    Waiting for a partner,
    Waiting for a partner.
    Then when they come to open the ring and take one in, the person in the middle takes anyone out of the ring
