  1. The names of fields in this district are, "Mullach" because it is on raised ground. "Earlis" land is the name of another field because a man named Earlis owned it. It is said there was a graveyard in Caltra long ago and it was from this it got its name"Cnocán" because it is hilly land. Another one is called "Sidhe Mágh" because there was a lot of fairies in it long ago.
