    If a child has the whooping cough and if his parents get a hair of a person's head that never saw his father and put it in a little bag and wear it about with him it will make him better.
    If a boy is the seventh son and if there is a worm put in his hand when he is born he will have the cure of sores and the ninth son has also the same cure.
    If a person had a cure he took warm buttermilk and sugar when he was going to bed, it would cure it.
    If a beast or a person had a swelling some person went to a certain lough and brought three bottles of water from it. From the time he lifted the water he could not go into any house until he came to the house where the cure was wanted. Then the person who had the swelling would rub a bottle of the water on each
