If a person had a stye on his eye and if he got ten gooseberry thorns and throw away one and if he point the other nine to his eye in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost on three certain days it is said his eye will get better.
If a person cut his finger and if he put a cobweb on it it would stop the bleeding.
If a person had the fever the people of the house would put a cut in his hand and let him bleed it would help to make him better.
If a person got a thorn in his finger and if he got a foxe's tongue and rub it to it will get better.
If a person has a wart and if he rubs a black snail to it three times in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost(continues on next page)
