    Other one comes on closing the holes. The farmers dig the potatoes in the Autumn and put them in a heap in the field. Some people make the ridges with a plough. Some farmers make a big hole in the ground and put the potatoes into it and cover them again, but that is not done in this district. I never dug potatoes. Sometimes potatoes are destroyed by frost and blight. There are several different kinds of potatoes.
