- Local Herbs 12:4:1938There are many harmful herbs growing in many gardens. Their names are dandelion bud (?) and many other harmful weeds.
They are harmful because, they spread rapidly and they make the land very poor. Bud (?) is looked upon as growing only where there is good soil. If the soil was bad the weeds would die and thus the land would get fertile.
Certain herbs are looked upon as having medicinal properties in them. They are as follows -daisies and dandelion. Daisies are supposed to contain castor oil. The daisy is cut(continues on next page)- Collector
