    Care of the Feet
There were more boot-makers in former times then there are now because if a person wants a pair of boots or shoes now all they have to is to go to a shop and buy them ready made but if a person wanted to get a pair in former times he had to go to the boot-maker and got fitted and he might have to wait for a week or a month before the bootmaker would have them finished because the boots then were all made by hand. These boots were dearer than the boots are now because there was better leather used then.
