    Festival Customs
On all Souls day which is commonly known as hallow eve numbers of games are played both Children and adults take part in these games. Tea is served by the girls of the house. There is a large barm brack bought for that special night. There is a ring in the cake and there is great fun trying to get it.
It is said whoever gets it if unmarried will get married before it comes again.
Christmas is the birthday of our Lord and the people have a custom of sending Christmas cards to one another at that time.
