  2. Once upon a time there were two wee boys going to school. They were companions who always went to school together. This day they were half-way when a wee man in a red jacket appeared to them, and told them to follow him and he would show them a shorter way to school. They folled (sic) him and he took them into a wood.
    He disappeared when they were in the middle of the wood and they did not know their way out. So they lay down to rest. And when they "wakened" they thought they heard music.
