  1. We set about three acres of potatoes every year and my father prepares the soil with a plough and two horses, one of them our own, and we get the loan of Robert J. Quigley's horse.
    In the beginning of February he ploughs the field for potatoes and the harness for the horses and the parts of the plough are named as follows:-
