  2. There are the ruins of three Castles in this place now. There is one called Ray's Castle in Faugher, and one at Glenveigh and another at Doe castle. The reason why Ray's castle fell in was because the timber rotted and then the slates fell in.
    Long ago Ray's castle used to be a place to hang men who did wrong.
