    Rejoice ye glensmen one and all,

    Written about a dispute over a right of way
    The pads of Glenmaquin
    Rejoice ye glensmen, one and all
    Likewise contented be,
    The Russian bear is conquered
    The pad it must be free.
    The Russian bear I do declare,
    Old Bonna and his sons,
    The pad is here this hundred years,
    It ne'r was stopped before;
    and the Bear you know this road must go and will evermore.
    There is an old Bulgarian,
    That lives beside the school,
    He lends a hand to Bonna parte
    His country for to rule.
    He learns them roots and letters
    and navigation too.
    He said they would be useful
    no matter where they would go.
    They plucked his sheep
    They shered his goats
    The stole his corn and hay
