    THE NAMES OF THE FIELDS on our farm at home:-

    The "White" Field
    The "Lios" Field - there is a Lios in the middle ofo this Field
    The Three Corner Field
    The "Rape" Field
    The Lios Breac
    The Long Field
    The Mangle Field

    The Sand Pit Field - so called because there is a pit of Sand in the corner.

    The "ban garb"

    THE FOLLOWING ARE THE STREAMS which flow through Kilclooney.
    Sruatán na nGabar - flows down the mountain side and joins the Uisge Solus at the foot of the mountain at Kilclooney Bridge. This new river is called the Uidir(?) and joins the Clodiagh at Knockaturney Bridge.

    HILLOCKS
    CNOC MAOL - a barren waste of land along the foot of the Comeragh Mountain in Coolnaheorna(?)
