  1. There is an old fort in Calladashan. In that fort it is said that there is a pot of gold. There is a big stone in the middle of the fort and under that stone the gold is supposed to be hidden.
    People dug for that pot of gold. When they were down half ways digging for it, a little man in a red jacket came and told them to turn over the stone they had rooted, and close up the hole, they had opened out, or if they wouldn’t they would be sorry.
    The men closed up the hole again and went home. When they reached home
