  2. We are in the District of Ballymonnelly. There are fifteen houses in it now. There were twenty-one houses in it in the olden times. The commonest name is Gallagher. There are two houses slated. We are in the parish of Kiltane and in the Barony of Erris. There are six people over seventy years in this place. There are nine peple who can speak Irish. There four ruins of the old houses still to be seen. Four people went to America from around here. The Owen-
