The roofs of the forges - The most of the forges are covered with timber. Some of them are covered with a few sheets of iron.
The fireplace - The fire is not on the ground. There is a stand under the fire about two foot off the ground.
The tools they have = The hammer, sledge, anvil, nails etc.
They only shoe horses and asses.
