    There were warmer than shoes. Only a few people wear clogs now. The clogs were not made around here but in England. The people used to buy them in Bonniconlon and Balina.
    Long ago the people used to wear th hides of some animals under their feet for a kind of shoes in the summer time. I don't know anyone that wore hides under their feet for shoes.
    Pat Quinn, Pat Glacken and James Moran used to mend shoes. The Loftuses from Bonniconlon used to med and made shoes.
