Names of herbs and plants
1) Bog union is used for curing swollen joints and is very useful.it grows in bogs ,on the banks of rivers and drains .Its leaves are useless ,and if not cut at the roots it would not cure any thing.Then it can be boiled and used.
2) There is another plant called the "white root"which grows in potato soil and does harm to the crops .It takes away the substance of the land which the potato needs so it cant grow good.
3) There is another plant which grows in the fields ,not on the soil ,called "dandelion "which are to be somewhat like those of a lion.Sometimes it is used for pigs.The young boys and girls love(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
