How they used to save hay long ago.
Long our fathers and mothers and those before them used mow the hay with scythes .They used not begin until the 15th to the 20 th August and mow hard every day.
They used not make any trams and hand-cocks and have and leave them there until November and put them into the haggard with an ass and "lupaos".Often old men used go mowing to some man ,and work hard for a half crown a day.
