    First we take off the butter with a straner in a basin or tub, then we wash all milk out of it. Then we (w) salt it and wash it again. Then we put more clean water in, and let it remain until it gets firm, and then we get out clappers and beat the milk out of it. Then we cut it out in rolls and make prints for our own use.
