  1. There are four houses in Cloghan Beg, and there are 23 people.
    The land is rich and fertile.
    Some of the houses are thatched and some slated.
    The houses consisted of of three rooms. A kitchen a bed room and a parlor. Beafore the famine a lot more houses existed there are about twelve gone to ruins.
