    of the neighbours said that they would go abd see it. When they saw it they wondered what it was. One man said that he would dive in and see. So he dived in. When he came out he told his friends about what he saw. He said that he saw a small cave in the bank of the stream. He said he saw a big fish at the mouth of the cave. He said he tried to drive the monster away but failed. The next night they said they would dig down to the treasure.
    So they set out with spades and shovels. They were digging away when all of a suddent a big black dog appeared and he was growling.
    One man let fly a stone at the dog but it went through him. The men got the fright of their live and away with them towards home.
