  1. "Get some big potatoes, the big ones are easy to grate. Wash and peel them, and then get your grater and grate them into a basin. Put the grated potatoes in a cloth and wring them to get water out of them. Put them back in basin and add flour, salt and sweet milk. (Some people put in the starch, that falls to the bottom of the vessel, where they have the water that was wrung out of potatoes)
    Mix all well together until it something like a pancake. Heat and grease the pan and bake as you would bake a pancake.
