People do not like giving information about these cures so we do not know how they got them but the effects are wonderful.
- The Pookha Mushroom grows in a field where sheep graze. It is called here the "Caise Pookha" and is supposed to be a great cure for bleeding. It turns into a kind of brown powder when pulled.
- Goose grease is a remedy for nearly every ailment here, It is rubbed on sprains, on cow's elders when they are blown up and black lamb's wool is soaked in it and applied to children's chests when they have croup.
