The smith shoes horses and asses, they also make ploughs, harrows, pikes and he also shoes wheels and he makes a lot of other farm implements. When a hors loses a shoe he is taken to the forge to be shod. First of all the smith puts an iron in the fire and when it is red he takes it out and hammers it into the shape of a shoe. Then he redens it again and takes it out and makes a shoe of it, then he
