About two days before the fatal accident...

About two days before the fatal accident referred to in 15. Mr Orr told me he was walking along the road leading to Ballyoughter in company with Mr Abraham when a small man on a small bicycle passed them and disappeared through O'Neill's gate, then closed. The cyclist and bicycle together did not reach a height of more than 15" and small as they were there was no space in that gate big enough to let them through.
O'Neill's house is in Tomgar about a mile from Ballycanew and would be Abraham's road home.
