  1. Some days after the final act in 10. I met Mr W.P. Redmond who was a Relieving Officer here and told him of my experiences. He decided to see Mrs Meyler too but just then Michael Kavanagh who now has a shop in Bolinready joined us and seeing Redmond's hands covered with warts said "Show them here to me till I take them off you, though I'd rather you'd ask me". He then touched each wart with his thumb and in about a fortnight they had vanished.
    By what means he succeeded in removing the warts he would not say.
    Mr. Redmond lives now near Kilmore in this county.
    a) James Hughes, of Kilcorkey (still living) told me he took warts off a great many. He eventually lost the power by taking them off a greyhound owned by Moses
