  1. The following places are situated in the towns lands of Kiltubber Barony of Moycashel. There is a field in Kiltubber called M Cartneys. Why it got this name was because there was a Minister called M Cartney lived in a house there. There is a field called Oldtown. Why it got this name was because there was a battle of the Danes in that field and there is supposed to be an under ground room from a heap of stones to the castle.
