If a rainbow is seen during a wet day it is a bad sign of unsettled weather.
If the wind follows the sun in the evening the weather is going to be fine, but, if the wind blows from the west unsettled weather may be expected.
When clouds move during a wet day it is going to clear.
The west wind brings rain to this district.
The surest sign in Lorrha on a wet day of its going to clear is for the clouds to break over the Catholic Church in the south-west.
