  1. This game is played in the open. Any number of persons may play it. The players stand in a circle. Then one person counts and whoever is number twenty one must be the caller. Then the players stand with their backs to a wall. The caller then stands at a certain distance from the others with his back towards them. The players will run as near as they can to the caller while he says “One, two, three, four, five”. He then turns around quickly and if he catches any of the others moving they must go back to the start. The first person who is near enough to the caller to tip him and says “Sly fox” will then be the caller and the game goes on. The caller may count quickly or slowly if he likes.
