    Simple Customs
    I have seen the following customs practiced by the old when I was young.
    1. When starting to milk a cow the first "draw" or two was milked on to the cows hoof and grass.
    2.When milking a heifer for first time two copper coins were put into the vessel she was milked into.
    3. Visitors never went empty handed to people who had gone to a new house to live.
    4. If dirty water had to be spilled out at night, the vessel was lowered to the ground and the water spilled along the ground while saying "greao ad cugar"
    I at once asked my aunt why she did so. She answered "You don't know
