  1. In this district there are a number of herbs and some of these herbs are as follows: chicken weed, red shank crowsfoot, thistle, "buchalan" and "dockins."
All these weeds are harmful and the thistle and the "buchalan" grow on good land. Chicken weed is given to ducks and also red shank. The thistle is given to asses and the crowsfoot is given to cows. People long ago used to heat "dockin" leaves and apply them to cuts to heal them and it was successful. it is also said that the thistle makes the land good.
