    be heavy poles stretched from one fork to the other, and a pole at each end, so that the square of the house would be finished.
    Then a fork about six feet longer than the corner forks would be put at the centre of each end, and a pole put from one end to the other. Then four poles were put on the outside forks. After that, they put wattles from the centre to the outside poles, and the roof was finished. The roof was covered with bog scraws, and the scraws covered with rushes.
