  1. An Old Story
    Long ago, during the long Winter nights, many stories were told at the fireside by the old folk. Stories were told about famous deeds done by famous men. One of those stories is as follows:-
    When a band of Irish monks was sailing away from Ireland, they landed on an island off the west coast of Africa.
    When they landed, they found that the islanders were uncivilised, so they started to "culture" them.
    Those people would not take their advice, so a big crowd of them gathered together
