Dan came home but he wasn't long in the house when he thought he heard a sound. He went out and he saw the old donkey coming up the lane shivering with the cold. He was a butcher as well as a poteen maker and as it happened to be a Saturday he was killing two sheep.
   When he had them killed he sewed the two skins together with some
