    About 60 years ago there was a smith call Patrick Kenny who lived in the parish of Inver.

    About 60 years ago there was a smith called Patrick Kenny who lived in the parish of Inver. This man did a lot of great deeds. One day a man came to him with a horse to get him shod. This horse was very old and when he came in to the forge he lay down and they could not get him up. The smith got his arms round him and left him outside the door. It is said that the horse was over twelve hundred weight.
