    "Gentle Jesus meek and mild look down on me a little child make me humble as thou art and with your love inflame my heart."
    This short prayer is said when you waken in waken the morning.
    "Oh Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on me."
    When you are going to bed at night.
    "Sacred Heart of Jesus teach me to love Mary and to hate sin."
    This prayer is said any time you like during the day
    "Oh Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on me."
    This prayer is said when you are going to bed at night.
