    The village I live in is Creeher. It is situated in County Roscommon. The houses are not far from the public road. There are thirteen houses in Creeher now. In olden days there were sixteen houses. Tommie Naughton died and his house and land was sold to his neighbours. William Gately's land was divided and Edward MacDonnell's land was divided also. There are no traces of two of the houses now. There is part of William Gately's house and yard left. There are
