  1. We have the summer now. There are three months in it, May June and July. It is the nicest season of the year. The days are growing longer and longer. The nights are growing shorter and shorter. The little birds are to be heard singing in the sky morning and evening and many times during the day. The flowers and the feaves are on the trees. The sun rises early in the morning and does not set till late in the evening. The grass and the crops are growing in the fields. The birds are making their nests
