    Long ago the people, never ate the food the people eat nowadays. In the morning they would have yellow meal porridge, boiled with water in a pot, and salt to flavour it. When the porridge was boiled, each person got a mug of butter milk, and a plate of porridge, and they were well satisfied with their frugal breakfast.
    For their dinner they would have a big pot of potatoes and a mug of buttermilk, salt, and a print of butter if they had it, they would not say no to this as they thought it was a meal fit for a king. There was no tea to be got
